Paul: The fix isn't less automation. It's legible automation. Name things clearly, document why each workflow exists, and log what it does so you can actually see the process running.

Paul: If you can't explain what an automation does in one sentence, that's not efficiency, that's a liability waiting for the worst possible moment to surface.
