Paul: The magic moment with Claude and HubSpot isn't the model being clever. It's the model knowing your actual schema, so it stops inventing properties and starts working with what's really in your portal.

Daniel: That's the whole trick. Give it the real object and property definitions up front, and suddenly the drafts and the analysis are grounded instead of guessed.

Paul: We use it heavily for summarizing messy deal notes and drafting follow-ups. Things where a smart first pass saves real time but a human still signs off.

Daniel: And you build a context pack once. Schema, conventions, tone, the stuff you'd tell a new team member. Then every session starts grounded instead of cold.
